No matter where I travel about in the West Bank the Palestinians have the same message.

 

WHERE IS THE WORLD?

 

WHY ARE THEY NOT DOING ANYTHING?

 

WE NEED HELP NOW

 

TELL PEOPLE TO COME AND STAND WITH US AND SUPPORT US HERE IN PALESTINE

 

As above the Palestinians are begging us to tell people to come and support them and live with them in the Camps. 

 

They want us to show solidarity with the ordinary people, not the Governments, who are corrupt but the people.

 

They need help to go through checkpoints, they need help with the olive harvesting, they need help trying to go to hospital, trying to go to University, just basically trying to get on with their lives.

 

We can do so much for them over here and at the same time wave our magic bit of paper which offers us some protection over here.

 

DO NOT STAND BACK AND MAKE EXCUSES, I AM TOO BUSY, OR THE POLITICS WILL SOLELY SOLVE THIS SITUATION.

 

AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME, THEY NEED PEOPLE TO HELP THEM AND NOT ONE HUNDRED YEARS DOWN THE LINE.

 

THE POLITICS ARE OF COURSE VERY IMPORTANT, BUT ALSO YOU SHOULD NEVER FORGET THE PEOPLE NEED HELP NOW AND ARE BEGGING FOR HELP.

 

SO PLEASE DO NOT TURN YOUR BACK ON THEM BUT COME AND HELP THEM
